Accommodation

According to European Team Championships (ETCH) Regulation, accomodation and full board will be paid for the teams, including 50 athletes and 13 officals. Premiliary namelist (athletes) and number of officals, shall be send to ETCH no later than 3 months before the first day of ETCH.

At each hotell it's reserved a number of 7 rooms pr team "out of quota". If this is needed, it shall altso be requested to ETCH no later than 3 months before the first day of ETCH. Rooms out of the quota has to be settled directly withe the organiser up on arrival in Bergen. The prices for extra rooms per person per day are as follows: Singel room CHF 210 Double room CHF170

Final entries shall be sendt no later than 5 days before the first day of the ETCH.

The team leader must settle any extra charges ( bar, laundry, telephone, etc ) at the hotel before departure. The team leader will be requested to provide a credtit card to cover all extras.

The LOC has reserved the following four good quality hotels for teams, providing full board accommodation:
