Norwegian records

The two Norwegian females Ezinne Okparaebo and Christina Vukicevic have delivered several national records during the last two weeks. If they keep on improving during the next months they will be a strong part of the Norwegian team at European Team Championships 1st League Bergen 2009.

The event at Fana Stadium June 20^th-21^st is still a few months ahead, and both Okparaebo and Vukicevic will before that compete in other events. In early march both will compete in indoor-EC in Torino.

At Florø Indoor 2009 in February Ezinne Okparaebo noted new two national records, 7.26 at 60 meters, and 11.42 at 100 meters. Christina Vukicevic delivered strong races at the 60 meters hurdles. She noted 8.01 in the final, after 8.05 in the trials. A week earlier she set a new national record at an event in Karlsruhe, Germany, running at 8.00.
